Although most people don’t sweat or run out of breath during an Essentrics class—a common belief is that they aren’t burning enough calories to be able to lose weight. Throughout the duration of a 1-hour Essentrics Full Body Toning class, you can burn close to 300-400 calories (relative to your weight, age, mobility and how hard you work).

30-60 MINUTE STRETCHING AND TONING SESSIONS

FULL BODY TONING and PAIN RELIEF: 60 minutes
Perfect for women of all fitness levels, this program rebalances the body, prevents and treats injuries and unlocks tight joints. With a diverse music playlist accompanying each routine, this equipment-free workout leaves you feeling energized, youthful and healthy. Reverse-aging benefits. Standing, barre (chair) and floor work. Exercise mat required.

FLEXIBIITY: 30 minutes
Warm up, Essentrics technique exercises top to bottom, front to back, side to side, rotational stretching and strengthening exercises. Standing and seated work only. No equipment required. Modifications offered for all fitness levels.

Walk 15®
Count Your Steps

Throughout the duration of a 1-hour Walk 15® Advanced class, you walk 3000-3300 steps in addition to burning significant calories (relative to your weight, age, mobility, and how hard you work).

1-3 MILE INDOOR WALKS

BASIC: 60 minutes
Warm up, brisk metabolism-revving 1-1.5 mile walk; cool down, toning and stretching
This class is ideal beginners or those returning to fitness. The Walk Leader offers modifications for varying fitness levels.

ADVANCED: 60 minutes
Warm up, intense calorie-blasting three-mile walk with “boosted” walk segments; cool down, toning and core strengthening with stability ball and weights. This class is for those at a peak fitness level or advanced walkers who are ready to move to an all-out power walk and strengthening experience.
