Aging Backwards

Your body is meant “to go the distance”. Don’t buy into the myth that you have no control over the aging process.

In Aging Backwards, Miranda Esmonde-White tells us that we don’t have to accept the negative consequences of growing older. Aging doesn’t have to bring knee and hip replacements, arthritis, loss of range of motion, stooped posture or weight gain. In Aging Backwards, Miranda explains and shows us through diagrams and photos how we can reverse the aging process and stay feeling young and alive regardless of our chronological years.
